The house was awesome! There were plenty of comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Pillows, towels, and sheets were all comfortable. The kitchen is huge with an island so there is plenty of room for folks and food. The living room has an extremely comfortable sofa and love seat. The downstairs family room has a huge sofa and is very comfortable. There is a huge laundry room and extra rooms in the house as well. Great stay; would definitely consider staying here the next time we are in the area. We did not get to use the deck or covered patio area but they looked very inviting. The driveway had plenty of room for multiple cars. All in all a definite five star inside!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home in Huntsville, Alabama while I was in town for my grandmother’s funeral. It was not an easy trip for me, but the host truly made the stay smooth and stress free. We arrived close to midnight and both of them, Timothy and Erica reached out to make sure I got in safely and that everything was good. That meant more than they probably realized! The home was very clean and exactly as described. Everything was in order and ready when we arrived. I did not have to worry about a single thing during my stay. It was quiet, comfortable, and gave me the space I needed during a difficult time. Timothy and Erica were kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and I truly appreciate the care and Southern hospitality they showed while I was home for unfortunate events.

Great lil 1 bedroom apartment with a fenced in backyard. Extremely convenient to Arsenal gate 8 and 10. If Gate 8 was open to entry it would literally be a five minute drive, but it’s only another 5 minutes to gate 10 (10 minutes drive time from apt to 10). My wife, baby, dogs and I had more than enough room and the large backyard allowed us to let them use the bathroom without having to walk on the street. The street that the apt is located on does have a lot of traffic that speeds past so be careful with kids or animals out front. We will definetly be back. Thanks again

Erica was such a kind host and very proactive. We always had all the information that we needed and she was also very accommodating with a last-minute update to the reservation. The home was beautiful and spacious and cozy enough for three adults. Plenty of amenities and honestly felt like my family was right home . I would definitely stay again.

Timothy and co were responsive, helpful, and the place was exactly as described and perfect for my 2 weeks working at Huntsville hospital. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a washer/dryer, but they were clear from the beginning that that wasn’t available at this property so I wasn’t surprised or disappointed! Would definitely use them again for any short or long term stays in the area

Great stay for a great price. My daughter and I checked in with ease and had a great stay. Only issue I seen was the dish washer, which ran but didn’t get the dishes clean. Not a big deal though.

This was a last minute reservation for my uncle and his wife. They lived the location, the house was as pictured and very clean. The host responded fast and made sure my family was great. Thank you again Tim!

This has top to bottom the best stay I have had with an Airbnb...the group has been extremely kind and accommodating and I have been able to speak with them very consistently...it has been a joy being a tenant here!
