Good to know

In this three bedroom, three bathroom home (1 full bath and 2 half-bath) , all bedrooms have queen mattresses, as well as closets and dressers (so great storage for both short and long term guests). There is a room with a desk, chair and door that can be used an office. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, as well as a full size refrigerator and freezer. The living room is cozy and comfortable with new reclining couches. There is also a second upstairs living room with a reclining couch and television.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the house (none inside). Due to heat and moisture, there is going to be more pest Activity.

House Rules

1. No parties or events. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. 2. No unapproved overnight visitors without previous approval from host. 3. No smoking (includes vaping) in the house. No illegal drugs or illegal activities are allowed on the premises. If we detect the smell of cigarette or marijuana smoke during or after checkout, you will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee. If you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. 4. Please let the host know immediately if anything is in need of repair (leaks, pests, etc.) so that we can get it rectified during your stay. 5. Please let the host know if you’ve broken or damaged anything during your stay, so that we may arrange for its replacement or repair. 6. No pets (unless previously authorized). All guests will pay a $75 fee per pet. If guests are found to have brought a pet without host permission, guests will be charged retroactively. Also, please pick up after your pets if you allow them to relieve themselves in the front or back yard. 7. Return all keys (if applicable). Guests will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each lost key. 8. Please do not rearrange furniture. 9. Please do not park on the grass. 10. Please be mindful of the thermostat. In the summer, we’d appreciate it if you kept the thermostat no lower than 69 degrees, and in the winter, no warmer that 74 degrees (for efficiency's sake). 11. Neighborhood

This neighborhood is centrally located. With quick access to Memorial Parkway, Parkway Place Mall, Whole Foods and many restaurants, it's very convenient. The neighborhood itself is a mixed bag. It's safe and secure, and we've not had any issues. However, if you mind the sight of a few cars parked in the neighbor's yard or prefer manicured lawns, I would not recommend our home.
